Its nice, I like it a lot, but the video mirroring limitation is annoying as it means I can&#8217;t really use the iBook as a desktop replacement. I mentioned this to <lj user=\"korpora\"> at the weekend and he peered at me curiously and said &#8220;sure you can due dual display, just like a Powerbook. Have you not seen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutemoeller.com\/mp\/ibook\/ibook_e.html\">Screen Spanning Doctor<\/a>?&#8221; Suffice to say I had not, but I have now \ud83d\ude42<\/lj><\/p>\n<p>So, some fiddling with my desk arrangement and I had my iBook running 1024*768 and my desktop monitor running 1600*1200 with screen spanning, even CodeTek Virtual Desktop played nice (I guess &#8216;cos it works with Powerbooks!). Rockin&#8217;. Apple keyboard, mouse and a Griffith iStand are on order, so I can kill off my desktop. Life is good.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So yes, I have an iBook.
