I would not have thought that I’d enjoy clay pigeon shooting, but I surprised myself by thoroughly enjoying it. I wasn’t great at it, but I got 16 out of 20 on four 5-shot stands, which isn’t bad. I can’t see me taking it up though, I couldn’t say why but it just doesn’t strike me as something I’ll do. Weird. Quad biking was also fun, though I would have prefered a non-flat course that required you to lift off \ud83d\ude09 Big flat wet grass field… I just had to doughnut my car on the way out. *whistles innocently*<\/p>\n

So yes, this was all because it was my friend Chris’ stag weekend. We wandered into Oxford in the evening and went to Jonglers comedy club, which was good. Terrible disco after! Perhaps it was ‘cos i was on-call and driving (thus sober) but the theme tune to Inspector Gadget should not be allowed! Sunday saw a lazy start and a long lunch at The Head of the River. Excellent stuff.<\/p>\n

Still no Heckler<\/a> so I didn’t get to build it up today. I’ll ask in John’s where it is since I know the distributor had the frame two weeks ago and is just waiting for John’s to “do the required”.<\/p>\n
