Bah. Its Friday but its sucky. Mainly, in fact entirely, due to work. Because of crossed wires the SSL cert I rushed through to get in time was for the wrong domain as the client doesn’t want to use their domain with a hyphen in after all, faff faff faff. I have to take shit from users in management (no more senior then myself) because they think they are the most super important user and I should drop everything for their “urgent” request. Bah, I’m ranting, sue me 😉
I’ve yet to convince Dell of the RAM in the unstable server as being dodgy, but I’ll get there. I’ve not got around to reconfiguring the firewall in the Sri Lanka office, but I’ll get to it. We shall not even mention MCU UK thankyouverymuch and if anyone even says anything to me about e-mail spam/virus I will not be responsible for my actions.
*takes a deep breath*
Otherwise life is good. Three day weekend in 4 hours! Must ride, must ride! Must get some sleep too, and try and forget about work. Why do I have any dedication to a company that screws it employees over so badly at times? Argh… I’m talking^Wranting about work again. I’ll stop now. Sorry.
