So the week before last I was up in Scotland, Fort William more exactly, Nevis Range to be precise. It was the first round of the UCI Mountain Bike Downhill World Cup and my sister was racing. Long drive, but the scenery on the way up was simply fantastic and the Dalwhinnie distillery is on route (if you detour by it) which really does just make it all well worth it. The race was good, though camping and early mornings means I can back to work more tired than when I left – Oh well eh! I’m off back up north for the National Championships at Fort William in July, so I’ll get to ride the course myself then, I can’t wait! Caroline qualified for the final and came 24th in the end BTW, which is an excellent result! ๐

Heh, I have all three of those (and Dalwhinnie) at home. I ‘blame’ you and your whiskey collection for that ๐
Weird idea: How about getting some local water from each distillery?
